Support
Movicom Electric BMS includes not only hardware devices, but also a comprehensive set of auxiliary tools designed to simplify working with the battery management system throughout its entire lifecycle. Particular emphasis is placed on the flexibility and ease of device configuration, as well as on monitoring the condition of batteries built using these systems.
BatteryCloud
The BatteryCloud service is designed for efficient monitoring of battery fleets. The service provides users with access to daily performance metrics and time-based operating diagrams for selected batteries. The system displays information on energy consumed and generated, battery health status, and registered errors. For diagnosing and resolving service issues, the service includes a graphing feature that supports plotting of over 100 parameters. This enables analysis of deviations in battery performance caused by violations of operational conditions or shortcomings in implemented algorithms. The service ensures storage and tracking of battery usage history throughout their entire lifecycle, as well as prompt identification and resolution of emerging issues. Information about the features of the service can be found at the link.
ElectricDeviceMonitor
The ElectricDeviceMonitor software is designed for configuring the company's devices, including BMS controllers, measurement modules, indicator boards, and insulation monitoring devices. The program also allows users to update device firmware and view accumulated battery data from the BMS in both graphical and tabular formats. ElectricDeviceMonitor is free of charge. You can download the software using the link provided.
Service scripts
The service-scripts are designed to automate the processes of configuring and updating the embedded firmware of the company’s devices. These tools enable battery manufacturers using our Battery Management Systems (BMS) to reduce labor costs during commissioning for mass-produced batteries. Automated BMS configuration eliminates the risk of errors associated with manual setup and ensures stable and predictable battery performance. The scripts are available for download via the link provided.
Wiki portal
To simplify work with technical documentation for the company's devices, a Wiki portal has been created. It contains hardware connection and configuration guides, 3D models, embedded firmware files, as well as service software tools. The portal is regularly updated and expanded in line with device development and the enhancement of their functional capabilities. Access to the documentation portal is available via the link.
