Movicom Electric BMS can be used in many applications. Our systems successfully meet all requirements for battery complexity, charge/discharge modes and operation conditions. Due to their flexibility, our BMS can control batteries for industrial equipment, electric vehicles, or energy storages.
Lithium-ion batteries offer superior performance and effectivity making them ideal for use in warehouse equipment (forklifts, stackers, reach trucks). To provide reliable operation of lithium-ion batteries we have created state-of-the-art BMS which controls most battery aspects including operation modes and environment conditions. More than 3,000 truck batteries have been built based on our BMS.
A battery for an electric bus or a battery assisted trolleybus has own design and control requirements. It should consist of hundreds of cells to accumulate needed energy, should be divided into battery modules, should communicate with a charger and a motor controller. All these requirements are met by our modular BMS which can be naturally integrated to the battery. More than 100 electric buses and assisted trolleybuses are driven by our systems.
Safety and performance are key indicators for UPS and ESS batteries. Our robust BMS helps to achieve these and is suitable for both modular and non-modular energy storages. Besides the high level of battery protection, it also has wide communication capabilities (CAN, RS-485, Ethernet, Wi-Fi). More than 100 batteries for energy storages use our systems.
